Owner Thomas Patriss came to San Diego with a vision to open a groundbreaking, upscale salon that exhibits both artistry and precision. This dream has come to fruition, and Thomas along with his wife Marie are thrilled to present Radici Hair Studio — a premier North County salon in Del Mar, CA.
Thomas was born and raised in New York and has over twenty-one years of experience as a hair stylist and educator. His great-grandfather was the first in the hair business, sailing to America from Italy and supporting his family as a barber in New York City. His mother took up the beauty baton and opened her own salon in Long Island, New York.
As a child, Thomas watched his mother style hair and discovered his own passion for the craft. His long legacy in the beauty industry is now knitted into the branding and décor of Radici Hair Studio. The name "Radici" means "Roots" in Italian — a tribute to where it all began.
